The location of the hotel was excellent, being centrally located and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a good selection of cereals and bread. The hostel was also surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a bit disappointing, with some areas appearing dirty and in need of a deep clean. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and could have been better maintained.

For the price we paid, Plymouth Backpackers provided excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had its own bathroom, a bonus. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the main shopping area. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the front door.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I stayed at Plymouth Backpackers for a few nights and had a great experience. The bed sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The wifi password was easily accessible and the staff were available for any questions. They even did a helpful tour at the beginning. The service was exceptional, especially from James at the front desk. He had a warm welcome and a kind soul. The hotel had good food options nearby and the breakfast had a reasonable variety. The staff, including Karen, were lovely and the upgraded family room was clean and had a private bathroom. The use of the kitchen and free breakfast were added bonuses. I will definitely be back.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The ensuite bathroom in the girls dorm was clean and well-maintained, with a refreshing smell of bleach. The provided towel was a nice touch. The staff, especially James at the front desk, were friendly and cute. The included breakfast, though basic, was a great addition. a pleasant and well-priced stay at Plymouth Backpackers.
The toilet in the room could have flushed better and the noise from other guests was a bit disruptive. the limited number of electric sockets in the room could be inconvenient for larger groups.
